Step-by-Step Tutorial

Step 1: Open the Winbox App

Open your Winbox App and make sure you are logged in to your account.

Step 2: Tap "Me"

At the bottom of your screen, click 'Me' (or 'Saya' in Malay).

This will bring you to your personal account page.

Step 3: Tap the “…” Icon

On the top-right corner of your profile page, tap the three dots ( … ).

This opens more account options.

Step 4: Select "Real Name Authentication"

From the menu, click "Real-name authentication"

(also shown as "Pengesahan nama sebenar").

Step 5: Enter Your Real Name

Type in your real full name.

Make sure it matches exactly with your bank account name.

Step 6: Select Your Bank

Choose your bank from the list and enter your bank account number carefully.

Step 7: Click “OK” to Confirm

After you finish filling in your name and bank details, click "OK" to confirm.

Step 8: Double Check Your Name

Please check that your name is the same as your bank account name before clicking “OK.”

If they don’t match, the verification will fail.

Step 9: Wait for Success Message

Once verified, you’ll see a message saying “Real-name authentication successful.”

That means your account is now verified and secure.
